• What’s included?

  • Flights, lodging, local transportation, tours/entrances, and daily guidance by me.

• What’s not included?

  • Food, extra baggage fees, souvenirs/purchases, tips, travel insurance, transportation to/from your home airport, parking, and any optional or personal expenses not explicitly listed as included.

• Are meals included?

  • No — food is not included in the base price, but we recommend restaurants every night that we have vetted and enjoyed ourselves!

• What does "double occupancy" mean?

  • Price is based on two people sharing a room (e.g., spouses or friends). Rooms can be configured with two beds upon request.

  • If you’re traveling alone and want a single room, contact me for a separate quote.

• How big are the groups?

  • Groups are intentionally small — 6 to 8 travelers (plus me), to ensure a personal, relaxed experience.

  • If fewer than 6 travelers sign up, we may reschedule that departure or you’ll receive a full refund.

• What is the pace of the trip?

  • This is a moderately paced trip involving extensive walking (typically 5–8 miles per day) and use of public transit. Travelers should be comfortable being on their feet for several hours.

• What about cancellations?

  • You can get a full refund (100%) if you cancel within 30 days of booking — provided the trip date is still at least 60 days away and no non-refundable flights or hotels have been booked.

• Do you accept credit cards?

  • Yes — but credit-card payments incur a surcharge (up to 3%) to cover processing costs. This surcharge doesn’t apply if you pay via debit card, ACH, or other no-fee methods. The fee will be clearly shown before payment.

• Can I pay over time, or do I need to pay everything up front?

  • You don’t have to pay everything at once. Monthly payment plans are available at no extra cost. Monthly cost will depend on the amount of the downpayment (minimum $500 per traveler) and the amount of time left till departure. All trips must be paid for in full at least 60 days before departure.

  • There’s $100 discount if you choose to pay in full at booking time of booking.
